Clinical Psychologist
Kate Veremeenko
Kate Veremeenko is a Clinical Psychologist who supports clients navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that accompany the transition to parenthood. Her approach is warm and practical, helping clients understand how their early experiences and attachment patterns shape the way they cope and connect with others, especially during periods of stress, overwhelm, or change.
Kate works with adults experiencing relationship pressures (individual therapy), adjustment to motherhood and parenthood, anxiety, identity changes, and the modern-day juggle of balancing parenting, work, relationships, and personal wellbeing. She understands that even capable, high-functioning women can feel overwhelmed or ‘not quite themselves’ during big life transitions, and she offers a non-judgmental space to make sense of these feelings.
Kate particularly enjoys supporting clients who want to equip themselves with greater self-awareness, resilience, and compassion as they navigate the invisible load of parenting, shifting roles, and the pressure to hold everything together. She aims to help clients gain clarity, feel more grounded, and approach life’s challenges with a clearer sense of direction and a calmer inner space.
She is available for consulting on a Wednesday.
